FREE HOMEPAGE PREVIEW TradeWebForge may offer qualifying prospective clients a free personalized homepage preview. The preview is intended to demonstrate a possible visual and structural direction for the business. Unless explicitly stated otherwise: • The preview is not a complete website • The preview may not include all functionality • The preview may use temporary hosting or a TradeWebForge-controlled subdomain • The preview does not create an obligation to purchase • TradeWebForge is not obligated to provide unlimited revisions to a free preview • TradeWebForge may decline or discontinue a free preview request at its discretion 4. NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE Receiving or viewing a free homepage preview does not require you to purchase a full website. If you choose to continue, the scope, price, payment terms, and deliverables for the full website will be agreed separately. 5. PROJECT SCOPE The final project scope is determined by the written agreement between TradeWebForge and the client. Anything not specifically included in the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require: • Additional payment • A revised timeline • A separate project or milestone 6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Clients are responsible for providing accurate and lawful materials reasonably required to complete the project. This may include: • Business name • Contact information • Service information • Logos • Photographs • Videos • Testimonials • Business descriptions • Pricing or service details • Domain access • Hosting access • Other materials required for the agreed website The client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to provide and use any materials supplied to TradeWebForge. 7. CLIENT-PROVIDED CONTENT TradeWebForge is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, licensing, regulatory, or other legal issues caused by content supplied or specifically requested by the client. By providing content, the client represents that they have sufficient rights to use that content for the website. 8. PUBLIC BUSINESS INFORMATION Where appropriate for a preview or project, TradeWebForge may use factual business information that is publicly available, such as: • Business name • Public business telephone number • Public address • Public service descriptions • Public business hours • Public social profiles • Publicly displayed business images where appropriate and lawful For paid projects, clients should review and approve final content before publication. 9. PRICING Prices displayed on the TradeWebForge website may represent the current standard package price but may change in the future. The final price for a client project is the price stated in the applicable written agreement, proposal, invoice, or project platform. Custom requirements may result in custom pricing. 10. PAYMENT Payment terms will be disclosed before paid work begins. Projects may be paid through: • Upwork • Another approved payment platform • Invoice • Another mutually agreed payment method Where a third-party payment or freelance platform is used, that platform's terms may also apply. 11. UPWORK PROJECTS Where a project is completed through Upwork: • Upwork's applicable terms and policies apply to activity conducted through the platform • Payments may be held or released according to Upwork's milestone or escrow procedures • TradeWebForge and the client remain responsible for complying with the agreed project scope Nothing on the TradeWebForge website overrides mandatory Upwork terms for projects processed through Upwork. 12. REVISIONS Any included revision allowance will be stated in the applicable project scope. Revision requests should relate to the originally agreed project. Major changes in direction, new pages, new functionality, additional services, or substantial new content may be considered additional work. 13. PROJECT TIMELINES Any delivery dates or estimates depend on factors including: • Project complexity • Client responsiveness • Timely provision of materials • Revision volume • Third-party services • Technical issues outside TradeWebForge's reasonable control Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, project timelines are estimates rather than absolute guarantees. 14. CLIENT DELAYS If a client delays providing required information, feedback, approvals, content, or access, the project timeline may also be delayed. Long periods of inactivity may require the project to be rescheduled. 15. DOMAIN NAMES Where TradeWebForge assists with domain connection, the client remains responsible for: • Domain ownership • Domain renewal fees • Registrar account security • Maintaining correct registration information TradeWebForge does not guarantee continued ownership of a domain if the client fails to renew it. 16. HOSTING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Websites may depend on third-party services such as: • Hosting providers • Domain registrars • Databases • Email providers • Form providers • Analytics providers • APIs • Payment processors TradeWebForge is not responsible for downtime, price changes, policy changes, service termination, security incidents, or failures caused solely by third-party providers outside our reasonable control. 17. SEO TradeWebForge may provide basic technical and on-page SEO foundations. This may include items such as: • Metadata • Semantic page structure • Sitemap • Robots configuration • Schema where appropriate • Performance considerations • Search-engine-friendly page structure TradeWebForge does not guarantee: • A specific Google position • First-page rankings • A particular amount of website traffic • A specific number of leads • A particular sales result Search rankings depend on many factors outside TradeWebForge's control. 18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless otherwise agreed in writing: TradeWebForge retains ownership of: • Internal tools • Reusable frameworks • General design systems • Development methods • Code utilities • Workflows • Know-how • Reusable components not uniquely created for a single client The client may receive rights to the final website deliverables as stated in the applicable project agreement. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses. 20. PORTFOLIO USE Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TradeWebForge may display completed public-facing work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials for the purpose of demonstrating design and development capabilities. If a client has a legitimate confidentiality concern, they may request different arrangements before the project begins. 21. FREE PREVIEW OWNERSHIP Free homepage previews remain TradeWebForge work product unless and until rights are transferred under a paid project agreement. A prospective client may view a preview to evaluate TradeWebForge's services but may not copy, reproduce, publish, or commercially use the preview without permission. 22. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION Each party should use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other party. Information that is already public or independently known will not normally be considered confidential. 23. ACCEPTABLE USE You must not use TradeWebForge services or websites to: • Violate applicable law • Infringe intellectual property rights • Distribute malware • Conduct fraud • Misrepresent identity • Publish unlawful or harmful content • Attempt unauthorized access to systems 24. SMS COMMUNICATIONS TradeWebForge may provide optional SMS communications. CANCELLATION Cancellation terms for paid projects will be governed by the applicable project agreement, payment platform, contract, or milestone structure. Work already completed may remain payable where permitted by the applicable agreement. 27. REFUNDS Refund eligibility depends on: • The applicable project agreement • Work already completed • Milestones accepted • Third-party platform rules • Any written refund terms agreed before the project No general refund promise should be inferred unless expressly stated in writing. 28. WARRANTIES TradeWebForge will perform agreed services with reasonable care. Except where expressly provided in writing or required by law, the website and services are provided without additional warranties, express or implied. 29. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeWebForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the website or services. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, TradeWebForge's liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. 30. INDEMNIFICATION To the extent permitted by law, a client agrees to be responsible for claims arising from unlawful or unauthorized materials the client specifically provides or instructs TradeWebForge to publish. 31. TERMINATION TradeWebForge may discontinue a project or refuse service where: • Payment obligations are not met • A client requests unlawful activity • A client engages in abusive behavior • Required cooperation is consistently withheld • Continuing the project would create a material legal, security, or ethical risk Any outstanding contractual or payment obligations may continue after termination. 32.
